"We stayed in the Junior Suite Oceanfront, and the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. The balcony chairs and cushions were very dirty, the coffee machine didn't work, and the refrigerator never got cold enough to keep drinks chilled. "The room had an air conditioning problem so they moved me to another property. The room was in upgrade but the place was missing a swimming pool which was something I really like. The room was clean but the dishes and pots and pans were very dirty as was the freezer. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was in the bedroom and you had to have it on maximum in order some of the cold would get out into the living room and the kitchen. They really need to invest in a fan in that place. The...

"The suite was excellent, huge and very clean. The staff was top notch. Food was excellent at all the restaurants. The bar tenders were the best. Thanks Remy! The coral reef in front of the hotel had lots of fish to see. If I had to complain about something, it would be all the seaweed on the beach. It was sea turtle egg laying season. So they could not clean off the beach. Overall the stay was great. Definitely recommend."
